Managing your templates

Learn how you can use templates to document frequently used work items and reuse them with ease.

You can create 4 different types of templates in

  1. Ticket forms

  2. Project templates

  3. Task templates

  4. Reply templates

All you need to do is create them once, and you can start using them in their respective modules. Here’s how:

  1. Go to settings > templates, under advanced configuration. You’ll see a series of tabs with the different types of templates you’ve created.

  2. Click the + Template button on the top right, and choose the type of template you want to create from the drop-down list.

3. Give the new template a name, customize the template to your requirements, fill in the necessary information, and click save to create the new template.

4. And that’s all there is to it. You can start using these templates right away, and then revisit and edit these templates at any time.
