Learn how you can import your clients and requesters into SuperOps.ai on your own.

  1. Go to Modules > Clients.

  2. Select the CSV import button on the top right of the screen.

3. You’ll see a spreadsheet where you can either upload data from a file or manually enter data in the cells below.

4. The import process consists of four steps:

  • Upload: Pretty straightforward. Upload a file containing information about your clients/requesters. These are the file formats we support: .csv, .tsv, .xls, .xlsx, and .xml.

  • Set Header: Check whether the first row of your file contains column names. If it does, then click ‘Yes’. If it doesn't, choose the row that contains the header names by clicking ‘Pick another row’. Columns from this file will be matched with corresponding columns in SuperOps.ai using this heading.

  • Match Columns: Match columns between the file you’ve uploaded with the corresponding columns in SuperOps.ai so that the correct data falls under each field.

  • Review: Check the data for any mismatched columns or discrepancies.

5. Click Finish once you’re done, and the data you imported will be created as new clients or requesters in SuperOps.ai.
