To setup technician logins:
Navigate to Settings > Security Management > Technician Login
2. On the ‘Technician Login’ page, choose how you want your technicians to log in to SuperOps.ai:
By Password
Single sign-on (SSO)
💡 SuperTip:
You can define your own password policy by choosing ‘Custom’.
3. Toggle ‘ON’ to enable TFA for technician login.
4. Click ‘Save’.
