A task is a singular unit of work in SuperOps.ai. Tickets or projects can be broken down into granular tasks that can be completed to keep work moving steadily.
There are two ways to assign a task:
Assigning them manually
Manually adding tasks to a ticket
Open a ticket and navigate to the 'Tasks' section
Here, you can either manually associate a previously setup task (from 'Task Templates' under 'Advanced Configuration' in 'Settings')
3. Or manually create a new Task by selecting 'Add Task' from the 'Actions' button on the top right.
4. Set all the parameters of the task like Technician, Technician Group, Start Date, Due Date, Estimated Time, etc, and click Save.
